Lesson 7 NutritionSome of the lessons may seem quite short, but just as in the Philosophy course it was your working through the Discussion Questions that led your mind to newer insights, so it will be in this course. It is often the simplest things that can lead us to a healthier, happier life. Seeking and discovering ways to simplify our lives and our thoughts, and having a method toward that end, can be a wonderful blessing, freeing us to use our minds more productively and more satisfactorily.
When you enroll, the first two lessons will be sent to you, and from then on you are kept one lesson ahead, so that you will always have something to work on while you await your next lesson.
